Why I Created This (Spoiler: I Got Fed Up)
Let me be brutally honest with you, because that's kind of my whole thing.
After years of leading agents at a large brokerage; coaching them, watching them, seeing what worked and what absolutely did not. I kept seeing the same patterns repeat themselves like a bad sequel nobody asked for.
