What makes The AI Agent Launchpad different?

Let’s address the elephant in the room, because it’s stomping all over the internet right now.

There’s a lot of noise (and honestly, a lot of bitterness) about real estate coaching. People say coaches bring nothing to the table, they’re just taking money, or they’re agents who couldn’t sell so they became “experts.”

And I get why people feel that way.

But that’s not me and this isn’t that kind of course.

I’m not a “top producer”… and that was on purpose.

If you Google me expecting the classic “I sold 400 homes last year” storyline, you’re going to be confused.

Because I chose a different path.

I started my business 17 years ago, and at the time I was a wife and a mom and I took that job seriously. I wasn’t trying to win internet trophies. I was building a life. That meant my business had to work for me, not consume me.

And here’s what I’ve learned after watching thousands of agents burn out:
The ability to sell homes and the ability to run a business are not the same skill.

Most people are never taught the second one.

I built and led a real team, without taking all the credit.

When my daughter got older, I built a team:

  • 1 Inside Sales Associate

  • 2 Buyer Brokers

  • 1 Transaction Coordinator

And I ran it differently than most. I didn’t take credit for every transaction my team touched. I didn’t hoard recognition. I built a model that worked because people were respected, trained, supported, and held to standards.

And because that team was successful and because the way I ran it wasn’t what people were used to, I was invited to speak at a national real estate conference in 2015 in Orlando, Florida with Curaytor.

That wasn’t an accident.
That was the industry recognizing that what I was doing was working.

That’s not a “coach fantasy.” That’s operations. That’s leadership. That’s building something that lasts.

Then I became an Office Leader… and saw the real problem.

After the success of my team, I became the Office Leader of one of the top real estate companies in the country, especially in the Pacific Northwest.

I managed an office of 55 brokers, and I did that for 2.5 years.

And that experience changed everything.

Because I wasn’t just coaching agents I personally chose to work with (like on a team). I was coaching everyone, different personalities, different work ethics, different levels of commitment, different levels of chaos.

And what I saw was loud and clear:

There is a massive business gap in our industry.

Agents are taught how to write contracts.
They are not taught how to run a business.

So you get people who are licensed… but not operational. Busy… but not productive. Posting… but not converting. Working constantly… but still living in financial stress.

Not because they’re lazy.
Because nobody ever handed them a real system.

I’m writing this from the perspective of everyone who’s supported me through my career, the people who kept me going, encouraged me, believed in me, and reminded me that real estate can be done with integrity, skill, and heart.

This industry isn’t going anywhere.
But the standard needs to rise.

And I want to be part of raising it, especially for new agents coming in now and in the future.

Not by selling hype.
By teaching structure.
By giving people tools.
By showing them how to build a business they can actually sustain.

The AI Agent Launchpad - Digital Download Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales made through The AI Agent Launchpad are final and non-refundable. Once a digital download has been purchased and access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

Why We Have This Policy

Unlike physical products, digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our course materials, workbooks, templates, and AI prompt resources, all of which represent significant time, expertise, and intellectual property.
