All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales made through The AI Agent Launchpad are final and non-refundable. Once a digital download has been purchased and access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
Why We Have This Policy
Unlike physical products, digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our course materials, workbooks, templates, and AI prompt resources, all of which represent significant time, expertise, and intellectual property.

Exceptions
In the rare event that you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at stacia@theaiagentlaunchpad.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure you receive what you paid for.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return Policy in full. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered digital product is considered a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of your access to The AI Agent Launchpad and its products.
