Digital Download Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate access and electronic delivery of digital products offered through The AI Agent Launchpad, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once a purchase has been completed.
Refunds may be issued solely at our discretion and only under the following limited circumstances:
The purchaser was charged more than once for the same product;
The purchaser did not receive the correct digital product;
The file delivered is corrupted, defective, or otherwise inaccessible; or
A technical issue caused by our systems prevents access to the product and such issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period of time.
Any request for review under the exceptions listed above must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the original purchase date and must include sufficient information to identify the order and describe the issue encountered.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the requirements set forth in this policy.

Online Video Course Refund Policy
All purchases of online video courses offered through The AI Agent Launchpad are subject to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Because online courses include immediate access to proprietary digital educational content, training materials, and related resources, refunds are limited. We offer a seven (7) day limited refund period for first-time course purchases only.
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
The refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date;
The purchaser must not have accessed, viewed, or completed more than twenty percent (20%) of the course content;
The purchaser must not have downloaded, copied, shared, or substantially used any accompanying materials, including but not limited to templates, prompts, worksheets, guides, PDFs, workbooks, or bonus resources;
The purchaser must not have received any private coaching, consulting, live support, bonus training, or other related services included with the purchase; and
The purchase must be the purchaser’s first purchase of that specific course.
Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:
The refund request is made more than seven (7) calendar days after the date of purchase;
More than twenty percent (20%) of the course content has been accessed, viewed, or completed;
Any downloadable or bonus materials have been downloaded, accessed, copied, or used;
The course was purchased as part of a bundle, special promotion, discounted offer, or sale expressly identified as non-refundable;
The purchaser has previously purchased the same course;
The purchaser failed to complete the course, failed to implement the course content, or did not achieve any particular personal, business, or financial outcome.
If a refund is approved, access to the course and all related materials will be revoked immediately.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and must include the purchaser’s full name, purchase email address, order information, and the basis for the request. We reserve the right to request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request. Refund determinations shall be made in our sole discretion, consistent with the terms of this policy.
