Broker and Sales Career
Years in the trenches as a producing broker at two of the Pacific Northwest's most respected brokerages, Hawkins-Poe Inc. and John L. Scott Inc. Over 83 transactions closed. Silver Sales Awards in 2015 and 2016. Bronze Sales Award in 2013. Not just selling homes, but building systems and figuring out what actually moves the needle.
Team Owner and Leader
Built and ran StaciaSellsHomes + Associates LLC, managing a team of four including an Inside Sales Associate, two Buyer Brokers, and a Transaction Coordinator. Running a team taught one thing most agents never learn: real estate is a business, and if you don't treat it like one, it will eat you alive.
Managing Broker
Stepped into a managing broker role overseeing an office of 55 brokers that ranked as the number 3 producing office in the Silverdale market. Trained, coached, and mentored agents through post-COVID rate hikes, the NAR/DOJ fallout, and every curveball the market threw. Over a full career, directly trained and managed over 100 brokers.
National Speaker
Selected as a national speaker at the Curaytor Conference in Orlando, Florida in 2015, one of the most forward-thinking real estate marketing and technology conferences in the country. Presenting on leveraging an Inside Sales Associate to convert and warm leads before most agents knew what a CRM was.

After researching the market, polling agents, and asking the hard questions, the conclusion was clear: the coaching space is oversaturated, and the best move was to stop dividing focus and go all in on what I do best.
